Malivoire Vivant Rosé 2017, Niagara Escarpment, Ontario V.Q.A., Canada: Vivant means alive, and this Niagara rosé certainly has lots of life in the glass, with vibrant, zesty aromas of field strawberries. This wine is made from Pinot Noir grapes that are hand-harvested during cool mornings to preserve fruit freshness, then are whole cluster pressed to have minimal grape skin contact with the juice in order to achieve this delicate salmon, ballet-sipper hue.
