Vieni 13 Red Trillium Ripasso 2013, Ontario, Canada: A juicy, full-bodied Niagara red wine blend of 88% Pinot Noir and 12% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. The wine is made using the Appasimento method of drying grapes first and allowing them to sit in contact with wine for 10 days so that a second fermentation takes place.
