Burrowing Owl Syrah 2014, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia V.Q.A., Canada: A supple, smooth, seductive red wine made from estate grown BC Syrah grapes. Château de Nages 2013, Costières De Nîmes, Southern Rhone A.C., France: A gorgeous Rhone white wine blend of 80% Roussanne and 20% Viognier grapes with richness and roundness and mouth-coating texture. Pair with butter chicken. Drink: 2017-2020. 485854 13% XD 750 mL  $29.95 Score: 91/100. April 28, 2017 Top Rated White Wine. Charming Grilled Chicken Wine Full Review
Chateau De Treviac 2014, Corbieres, Languedoc, Midi A.P., France: Rich and complex southern French red wine. Corbieres is an under-appreciated region- get some before the prices go up. A luscious, smoky, full-bodied blend of syrah and Grenache grapes, at a terrific price. Black pepper and fleshy black plum aromas. Velvet texture. Awesome! The southern French region of Corbières is often underestimated, and yet it's capable of producing blockbuster reds like this one. Usually Carignane is part of the blend, but not in this case. Intense and satisfying. Pair with ribeye steak. Drink: 2017-2021. 670505 14% XD 750 mL  $16.95 Score: 92/100. April 28, 2017 Luscious Lamb Wine Full Review
