San Pedro Single Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon 2013, Maipo Valley, Chile: Savoury, feral, rich, dark and brooding South African red wine made from classic Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. The grapes were harvested by hand in mid April and underwent a cold maceration of 5 days followed by a longer one of 25 days. The wine was aged in French oak barrels (95%) and America oak (5%).
