Ritual Pinot Noir 2015, Casablanca Valley, Chile: A lovely cherry-berry rich Chilean red wine made from the classic Pinot Noir grape. Supple and smooth with good balance. Reminds me of Carneros Pinot Noir, the cool climate of the Napa Valley. This winery hand harvests in small batches in the cool morning fog of the Casablanca Valley.
