Bottega Gold Prosecco Mini, Treviso, Veneto D.O.C., Italy: Bottega Gold Prosecco (200 ml) is little bubble with a big taste. This is the perfect size for one, if you just want to have one glass (even if you want to have more ;). Look for fresh melon, citrus, soft orange and nougat flavours bright and creamy with a persistent mousse. Lovely and so easy to enjoy. Wine Art Estate Idisma Drios Assyrtiko 2022, Drama, Macedonia P.G.I., Greece: From Drama, Macedonia wine region, Wine Art Estate Idisma Drios 2022 Assyrtiko is dry, medium-plus-bodied, fresh and fragrant with layers of ripe stone fruit, lemon preserve, white florals, nutty and smoky aromas and flavours on the palate. Lovely now through 2028 chill and enjoy it with grilled fish and octopus or a simple dish of Feta cheese and assorted olives. Assyrtiko food pairings: mushroom risotto, seared tuna, octopus salad.
