Dear Natalie, November 25, 2010

Welcome to a lighter, snappier Nat Decants! My team and I have designed the newsletter to deliver wine insights that stand out from the usual tips, but in one digestible gulp. If you're thirsting for more, click on the More links to the full stories and reviews on the site.

The newsletter is also now far easier to forward to friends (click on the link above or just use your e-mail button) and to share on social media, such as Twitter and Facebook (click the rectangular buttons below). I hope you'll try these and let me know how it goes. If you blog, feel free to post the tips. I'm also keen to hear your thoughts on the new approach!

Turkey is a dry meat (at least, it is the way we cook it) so you need juicy wines to moisten it. In fact, many cooking mistakes can be covered up beautifully with the right wine. More »
