Jane Staples rated this wine as 94/100 with the following review:

The bottle is empty, but the memory lingers on. This was definitely one of my top wine picks of 2021. Rich, fragrant and opulent, with layers of flavour, satiny smooth texture and lingering finish, all in very fine balance. Notes of tart cherry, vanilla, sandalwood, violets, leather, fine tobacco and earthy mushrooms. I was impressed by the harmonious flow of all the elements, start to finish, throughout this wine. The acidity is just right, making it versatile with food.
I also recommend enjoying a glass of this on its own, so that you can savour the flavours, the silky texture and the excellent balance. I'll definitely buy this again!
Pair with roast lamb or duck, mushroom risotto or hard cheeses like Manchego or Gran Paderno. Prepare to be seduced...

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
