Drink: 2014-2019

Philippe Perreault rated this wine as 92/100 with the following review:

Deep ruby color with complex aromas of cherry, cedar, plum, berry, vanilla, smoke, caramel and eucalyptus.

On the palate, this wine is still full bodied and very long.

Pair it with a beef tartare or spicy dishes.
Serve it at 15-16 degrees.
This wine can be aged at less 5 years.

There thin sediment in the bottle.
I recommend to decant it!

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a feisty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
