Reviews and Ratings

Jennifer Havers - WSET Level 3 rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Aromas of lemon, yellow apple, with some caramel, vanilla and a touch of soft oak. This wine really benefits from a little time in the glass. Even after 20 minutes, the wine softened up considerably and the flavours started exploding out of the glass. On the palate this is full bodied, with medium+ acidity, with creamy, ripe fruit on the palate, and just the right hint of honey, caramel and oak to soften and round out on the palate. Lovely. Enjoy with buttery lobster and all the trimmings.
Craig Haynes - WSET3 FWS SWS IWS rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

This 100% chardonnay from Ontario’s Four Mile Creek appellation delivered a generous profile of creamy butterscotch, juicy white orchard fruit and peaches. A delectable combination. Medium bodied with an elegant structure and gentle acidity. A lengthy butterscotch dominant finish brought this experience to a close. Enjoy.
