Julia Drinks Wine rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Pixie has been a staple in my life for years. This wine was served at my parent’s wedding, and when my husband and I got engaged, as well as many a birthday and weeknight. It’s a crowd-pleaser, in the best possible way. It’s easy to drink, complex enough that I discover something different in the glass each time I have a glass, and it’s damn enjoyable.

Pixie is produced by Rosehall Run, one of the oldest and most esteemed wineries in Prince Edward County (and one of my personal favourites). On the nose Pixie is incredibly fruit forward. Vanilla and rhubarb dominate, without overshadowing what’s in the glass. It tastes like orange blossoms and wildflowers. Honey dew melon, with very light hints of citrus. Strawberries and vanilla again. Honestly, I could take a bath in this wine. I’d like to fill by bathtub with it. Is that allowed? Can I do that? I do have a birthday coming up… Anyway, back to Pixie.

When we talk about crowd-pleasers, it often brings to mind something a little more average, but like a great pop song, there’s something in this wine that everyone will like. And that’s a great thing. Truly! It’s freakin’ awesome. Pixie is the song of the summer. The one everyone knows the words to, the one you bop along to. It’s the pinnacle of any playlist and one that you’ll keep playing long after summer’s over.

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
