Deborah Podurgiel WSET IV Candidate rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Wine grapes for Township 7’s 2017 Viognier were sourced from the Raju Vineyard in Osoyoos, British Columbia. The vineyard is owned by Gurpreet Dhaliwal who partnered with Roger Pires for this vintage and who has 30 years of experience working with this site. This is a 100% Viognier produced from French Condrieu clone 642 fermented in 30% French oak barrels and 70% stainless steel tank resulting in some lovely soft aromatics of ripe peaches, honeycomb, soft citrus and a clean mineral finish on the nose. Pale lemon in the glass, the wine is dry (residual sugar: 3.4 g/l), medium-plus bodied, crisp with lemon curd, pink grapefruit, lemon tea, Honeycrisp apple flavours, light spice and a lingering lemony finish. Subtle and elegant with good acidity for food -- just a great match for a roast turkey or lemon duck.

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a feisty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
