Lori Kilmartin WSET3 rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

I'm always on the hunt for a good value Pinot Noir and this one fits the bill. If you want it though you will have to order directly from the winery in BC as the LCBO currently does not carry it.

Mt. Boucherie owns some of the oldest vineyards in BC, including the one in the Similkameen Valley that this Pinot hails from. Winemaker Jim Faulkner has been with them since 2009 and he also does double duty as winemaker at nearby Rust Wine Co. During that time he has raised the bar when it comes to quality and is continuing to work on elevating them to an even higher level.

Beautiful bouquet with notes of rhubarb, beet, cherry and typical Pinot earthiness. Smooth tannins and soft acidity with flavours of ripe black cherry and raspberry. A nicely balanced wine with some good complexity for the price. Medium body with a medium-long fruit finish. Pair with roast pork rubbed with savoury herbs. Tasted July 26, 2018.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
