Greg Hughes rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

This intensely aromatoc Malbec doesn't come from Mendoza (the well known epicentre of the dynamic Argentine wine industry). It os from the high altitude apellation to the north, in Salta. Cafayate is the centre of that region, in the Calchaqui Valley.
This region sits at a mindblowing 1700m above sea level, making it some of the highest vineyard space in the wprld. When you grpw up-high, it stresses the vines to growing more robust skins and tighter cluster. They alsp get great exposure, and hige temperature swings between the day and night. Hot ripening during the day and cool nights preserving natural acidity and aromatics. These are well made, concentrated wines.
Abras is a great example pf wjat to expect. From this region. Beautiful colour in glass, aromatocs of incense, boisenberry, blackberry pie, mocha, and plum.
The flavours are extremely well balanced for a wine of this alcohol. Blaclberry, plum, cassis. Warm spice on the finish.
Put it in the cellar for at least five years, or decant and have it with roast veggies and merguez sausage.
