Reviews and Ratings

Stephen Andrews reviewed this wine as follows:

Tasted Nov. 7th 2017. Colour brilliant pale straw with a hint of green. Legs medium minus run fast down the glass suggests low alcohol. 12%. Aromas and flavours of, lime, lemon zest, grapefruit, yellow apple and hint of green bean. Taste, dry minus, light body, lemon zest fruit, mouthwatering low alcohol. Finishes with lemon zest and a touch of white pepper. Nice easy drinking Gruner Veltliner paired great with my wife’s veal schnitzel and fries, and a side of red cabbage.
Domäne Wachau Terrassen Federspiel (2015) is a Grüner Veltliner from the Wachau wine region in Austria. Typical with its grassy notes and a hint of tropical fruit this is a tasty, fragrant wine with great acidity and made for food. Serve this great value Grüner with mild vegetarian curry dishes, cheese soufflé or creamy seafood dishes. - Community Wine Reviews

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
