The 2015 vintage is even better than 2014, and I loved that one. This wine doesn't need to ride on the back of Brad and Angelina's celebrity: it stands alone as a terrific, refreshing rose with aromas of small field strawberries, orange zest and light spices. Should I add though that there's a hint of drama on the nose, with a surprise twist finish? Sure to be a box office hit at your liquor store. Bottled Hollywood style in a lovely, shapely vessel. Lovely ballet slipper pink hue. Finishes floral and elegant. Pair with oysters and movie night.

Rosé food pairings: planked salmon, pate, roast chicken, roast breast of veal.

Reviews and Ratings

Mary Anne van Gaal rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

This dry, beautiful salmon pink rose has a lovely aroma of ripe apricot and strawberry. It is zesty on the palate with citrus and light herb lingering. I would love this wine with roast turkey, baked ham or just sipping on its own.
Cora Beaulieu rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

This wine is a gorgeous pale pink color. Delightful with delicate aromas of citrus, orange zest, fresh red berries, strawberry, peach, stonefruit, tropical fruit, pomegranate and slight white pepper spice, white flowers, and chalky minerals freshness. Beautifully balanced (crisp fruit and acidity.) Minimal touch of tannins. On the palate, there are noticeable zesty red currant, strawberry and tangerine flavors and an syrupy touch of honey. Long lasting finish of fruit with a minerally/salty character. It is a pleasant drink.
Lynn van der Linde - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

The last "happy" vintage of the Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt winery, this rose has grown up over the last few years and evolved into a lovely representation of Province rose, combining Grenache, Cinsault, and Rolle grapes, as well as the run-off from Syrah to give this wine it's elegant salmon colour.
Aromas of citrus and cranberries carry through on the palate, with a lingering fruit finish. Perfect with light fish or spring mix salads.
Reviewed November 2016.
Jacqueline Cochrane rated this wine as 90/100
Greg Hughes rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

The 2015 vintage of the Miraval rosé is famously patronized by Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt... Or was. It still seems unclear who will get it in the divorce.
Lovely pale pink colour, with some crushed rocks and dried herbs on top of the typical strawberry, apricot, and raspberry aromas. More aromatic than previous years.
The palate has lots of acidity and freshness. This would be a great choice for turkey, but as a rosé it has loads of versatility. Poultry, ham, fish, or fall fare (root vegetables etc...).
The tradition of making rosés in this style go back to when the Phocean Greeks first came to the Provence, before the Romans.
What is more interesting is the choice of international varietals like Cabernet Sauvignon amd Merlot. A complicated system of canal netowrks linked the Bordeaux Estuary to the Mediterranean introduced the varietals through trade and they have stayed there ever since.
Lori Kilmartin WSET3 - WSET3 Sommelier rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Brad and Angelina may be history - but this Rose will live on! Beautiful pale pink in colour with a hint of spice (white pepper) and fresh strawberries. Nice acidity and a long strawberry finish. Perfect pairing - a strawberry and spinach salad on the patio in the summer! Tasted November 27, 2016.
Jon Steeves - Sommelier rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Tart, crisp and fresh, strawberry blossom, minerality, mayer lemon zest. Enjoy this with fresh crablegs, lobster bisque, or seafood chowder as a great contrast. Great value. Rated 89/100 @jonsteeves
Melanie Aubert rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Brangelina's rosé has quite a reputation so I had incredibly high expectations for this one. It is good, but I don't know that I would drop $23 on it. It's quite acidic, and tastes of cranberry, green apple and strawberry.
Rachelle O'Connor rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

This lovely wine is salmon pink in color with notes of strawberry and citrus. It is flavorful on the palate with a lingering citrus finish.
Donna Hargrove rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Pretty pink colour and bottle shape. Sweet berries on the nose complimented by an acidic zest on the tongue. This would pair with many main dishes ranging from poultry to pork and vegetarian dishes.
Pamela Chiles rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

A refined rose showing notes of dried raspberry, strawberry, watermelon; crisp and a bit tart, a good wine for hot weather sipping on the patio.
The quintessential romantic rosé. Bone dry, soft and the colour of pink rose petals. On the palate, ripe strawberry fruit, fresh citrus zest, some light lavender herbs and a spicy finish. This is the second offering (even more lovely than the first) from Château Miraval, now owned by Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt. - Community Wine Reviews
