Philippe Perreault rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

La Romance du Vin did one Vino Di Peppe cuvee mainly made of Pinot Noir (60%) completed by Cabernet Franc (25%) and Baco Noir (15%).
He also did an other Vino Di Peppe made of 100% Pinot Noir and now this new Vino di Peppe cuvee is a blend of 75% Cabernet Sauvignon and 25% Cabernet Franc.

He's the only producer in Quebec to grow Cabernet Sauvignon i think.

Deep garnet/ruby color with a nose of cranberry, spice, plum, smoke, undergrowth and ground cherry.

The wine is tart, round, elegant, balanced and long on the palate.

Pair it with marinated chicken skewers.

Serve it at 15-17 degrees.

This wine is ready to drink.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
