Natalie's Score: 89/100 Extremely refreshing and crisp with a nice citrus-melon lift through the mid-palate. Medium-bodied and mouth-watering. Lemon refreshment on the finish. Perfect with seafood, salads and sunny decks.
Pinot Grigio food pairings: fresh cucumber salad with ricotta or mozzarella cheese; mild white fish like pan seared pickerel with orange butter; pasta al olio (olive oil, chili, garlic).

Darlene Myers - CAPS Student rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review: A light crisp and refreshing Pinot Grigio. This medium bodied wine has flavors of citrus and lemon and is perfect with so many foods. Pasta with a light sauce, fish and even chicken. A good price too.
Douglas McMillan rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review: Aromas of peach, apricot, lemon and rose, with similar flavours and a nice apple and apricot finish. This would be quite nice with a chicken breast salad.
Nick Onischuk - Accredited Sommelier rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review: The Inniskillin Niagra Estate Pinot Grigio 2012 is a perfect pairing for your favourite chicken dish. Apple, lemon, grapefruit, and floral aromas on the nose. Apple and citrus flavours on the palate. (88/100) Tasted July 14, 2014
Terry Jeans - Certified S rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review: This is light, refreshing, easy drinking vino. Notes of apple and citrus with a zesty quick finish. Could be perfect for a patio with some nice company, served all by itself. If I did have to pair something with it I would go with something like chicken marinated in lime and cilantro.
Heather Wall - CS; WSET Advanced rated this wine as 87/100 with the following review: A little skin contact has made a pretty pale salmon colour Pinot Grigio. Light and crisp with aromas and flavours of citrus, tree fruit, floral, honey, wet hay and some herbal notes. This wine is dry and light bodied. It has medium length on a refreshing finish. Patio sipper or lighter backyard fare. Drink now. Well chilled. Tasted - July 2014
Chris Coughlin - WSET level 3 grad rated this wine as 85/100 with the following review: Beautiful pale rose colour, med/low intensity flavours and aromas of: citrus, floral, and stone fruit. You'll notice the acidity and alcohol ahead of the fruit.
Valérie Dufour - Accredited Sommelier rated this wine as 85/100 with the following review: Beautiful "oeil de perdrix" robe. I thought it was an honest wine, but a little short on fruit.
The freshness of this aromatic wine relates to a true cool climate Pinot Grigio. The juice was cold settled overnight and went on to be cool fermented for 14 days which allowed for the great fruity characteristics .The green apple and lemon lime aromas and flavours make it a great summer sipper or a great reception wine Source: Winery (Inniskillin Wines)
