Floral and aromatic; such a lovely, refreshing white. Good mouth-watering action. I couldn't ask for more, well maybe - please top me up. This organic wine offers layers of pleasure and luxurious richness on the palate. It finishes with lovely peach and apricot notes. Winemaker Robert Blue delivers again! This is an organic wine.

Reviews and Ratings

Martha Kelly AIWS - CS rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Medium gold in colour, this rich, organic wine has aromas and flavours of mango, pineapple, apricot, orange blossom, honey, vanilla, smoke, anise, and a slight hint of fresh grass. Mouthcoating, yet refreshing this full-bodied white's flavours last through the warming finish.
Drink now, or keep until 2015.
Enjoy on its own, or pair with grilled chicken or salmon.
Date tasted: March 2014.

Scott reviewed this wine as follows:

With Dan Ellen. Chicken w rosemary. Fruity. Fresh. Good for summer.
Bonterra, a long-time leader in organic growing practices, has been 100% organic since 1993. Their Viognier is a delightful wine that is joy encapsulated. Aromas of wildflowers and fresh peach dominate. The palate is crisp and flavourful with excellent balance provided by a steely acidity. Enjoy this on its own, or pair with your favourite savoury appetizers. Source: Vintages Wine Panel, Feb. 2013
