From September 17th to 26th, raise a glass and celebrate 59 years of a Vintage Harvest with the Niagara Wine Festival! Niagara transforms into a wine lover’s wonderland for two full weekends, featuring winery tours and tastings, concerts, Niagara cuisine, wine seminars, live entertainment, and one of Canada’s largest street parades.
Enjoy food, wine and live entertainment in St. Catharines’ historic Montebello Park, the hub of the harvest celebration. Experience VQA wines from over 35 wineries as you sip and savour the sounds of Canada’s best live music on the WestJet Centre Stage.
Fan-favourites such as Matt Dusk, The Great Lake Swimmers, The Caverners and Nik and the Nice Guys will rock the stage. Sing along from the best view in the Park at the Canadian Food and Wine Institute All Access Lounge. Enjoy the Park experience from special covered seating and see the entertainers on large LCD screens while you indulge in wine and culinary pairings. Tickets are available here for just $30* per person.
Join the community and show off your green thumb in the streets of downtown St. Catharines for the 59th annual SmartCentres/Retrocom Grande Parade, themed ‘How Green It Is’. And bring your little wild ones along for the fun at the annual Pied Piper Parade, where they can march in costume to this year’s theme, ‘Niagara’s Wild Things’.
Garnish your visit with a wine seminar and a Discovery Pass tour and tasting, with more than 35 participating wineries throughout Niagara. Each Discovery Pass offers 6 experiences for only $30* each.
