FRESH KIM
This refreshing cocktail is exactly what you need to spice up your night!
Ingredients:
4 pieces Granny Smith apple
2 drops Tabasco Jalapeno sauce
½ oz. honey
½ oz. lemon juice
2 leaves tarragon
5 oz. Kim Crawford Sauvignon Blanc
5 oz. apple juice
Method:
Lightly muddle the pieces of apple, lemon juice and Tabasco jalapeno sauce in a shaker.
Add the other ingredients, then ice.
Shake vigorously 8 to 10 seconds.
Strain into a large snifter, garnished with apple slices.
