Ingredients

1 oz (30 g) Canadian Provolone, sliced
5 whole-wheat crackers
2 tsp (10 ml) Indian mango chutney
Fresh cilantro, to taste

Preparation

Cut Provolone slices to same size as crackers.Sol de Andes Reserva 2008
Cover crackers with Provolone.
Garnish with chutney and cilantro.
