The Great Canadian Wine Match: Recipe Cards, Bottle Neck Tags

Necktag PortraitNeck tags will be available to wineries and agents whose wines are either nominees and or winners in The Great Canadian Wine Match.

These would have the competition logo and category in which the wine is a nominee or winner, such as Best Canadian Beef Wine, etc for seafood, chicken, cheese, pizza or dessert.

Please provide your feedback on how to make these as effective as possible:

Would you use a neck tag if it were designed for you?

Do you prefer portrait (above) or landscape (below) for layout? Both orientations would open to 2 panels inside and there would also be a back panel.

The size here is about 3.5 inches by 2 inches: Does this work or is there a better size?

Content: a recipe for the category that pairs well with the wine? Pairings tips? What else?

Would you use a neck tag if you had to cover the cost printing?

Do you want the ability to customize these tags to include mention of your own wine, and therefore you would print them yourself?

Do you prefer neck tags over bottle award stickers, or would you use both?

Recipe Cards

Would you use two-sided cards with recipes that pair well with you wine, say as handouts in your winery tasting room and/or at wine and food events? Where else?

What content aside from the recipe and competition logo? Wine pairing tips? The ability to add your wine label or bottle to one side? What else?

How useful would these be in comparison to neck tags or bottle stickers? Is there anything else you’d suggest?

I really appreciate your thoughts on this: [email protected]

Thanks,

Natalie
