Wine and Pizza Pairing Video

Full-bodied and rich with black raspberry and blackberry jam aromas and flavours. Concentrated and deep with lots of drinking pleasure. Great wine for movie night. Tommasi Valpolicella Ripasso

 

Tommasi Classico Superiore Valpolicella Ripasso 2010, D.O.C., Veneto, Italy

Tasty and full-bodied with lovely black fruit aromas, dark spices and some smoke. I love a half bottle, which is perfect for a very fun night on your own or when you just want a glass and an half each for a certain course, like a meat dish or sausages. Elegant with a dry finish.   1. Wasn’t this video just posted? I just checked the LCBO for the Urban Reisling and it’s discontinued. Only one bottle left at all stores. The Open Rosé is seasonal and also only has a few bottles left… Any other suggestions?
