Truly one of Niagara’s riesling masters. This incredible white is packed with flavour: bursting at the seams! Yet it’s also incredibly refined and ephemeral. Angel juice. Lots of minerality through the core and a laser-like focus on fruit purity, especially lime and lemon. I love that it's low alcohol yet packed with flavour. A spectacularly vibrant wine that bursts from the glass with lime blossom, lemon zest, white flowers and green apple. Try this lovely white with fresh seafood, shellfish, roast chicken or turkey.

Riesling food pairings: shrimp tempura, grilled salmon with lemon sauce, duck liver pate, eggs benedict, planked salmon.

Reviews and Ratings

Lori Kilmartin WSET3 - WSET3 Sommelier rated this wine as 93/100 with the following review:

If you can only bring one wine with you to a deserted island - this is it! Light enough to drink at any time of the day, it has a fine balance of acidity and sugar that will pair with everything from appetizers to the main course to dessert. On the nose the minerality and citrus aromas shine and these follow through in a lingering finish on the palate. I had the pleasure of tasting this in the Vineland tasting room in Niagara - an impressive wine in an impressive location!
Douglas McMillan rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Petrol, apple, lemon, and apricot, and honey. Great traditional aromas, and a nice full, fruity mouth feel with tastes of apple, honey and lemon. Great balance, great acidity, and a nice long lemon and apple finish.
Matt Steeves - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Delicate orchard fruit, a touch of marmalade, with a hint of petrol and minerality. A tasty Riesling from one of the finest regions in the world to produce this noble grape, Niagara. Tasted April 2015. 89 points. Matt Steeves - www.quercusvino.ca
Jennifer Havers - WSET Level 3 rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Aromas of zesty and vibrant lime, peach and pear. Full bodies and rich but not thick or flabby. Nice balance of acidity, flavour and body. 89+
Olivier de Maisonneuve rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

The nose has hints of lemon sherbet, and makes me think of afternoon tea,in a warm sunlit room, filled with french provençal furniture. It offers a somewhat sweet mouth, but not overly so;nice clean freshness at the end.It seems like a great companion for a cheese platter,or a sunday brunch.
Astrid Young - Sommelier ISG CAPS rated this wine as 86/100 with the following review:

this single vineyard Riesling is medium sweet, showing some oxidative character with a wisp of smoke on the nose. Otherwise candied lemon drop on the mid with a tangy-sweet lemon across the profile. Medium bodied, seems a bit one dimensional compared to other vintages. Charcuterie, prosciutto wrapped melon, pistachios, tapenade.
Kristin Perrin rated this wine as 86/100 with the following review:

Spritzy lime mineral nose
Juicy Apple-lime-pear palate, zesty acidity
Light bodied
