Trius Distinction 2020 Chardonnay is a dry, full-bodied and creamy barrel-fermented Chard from the Niagara Peninsula wine region. Fresh on the nose and palate with lemon tarte, apple, baking and toasty oak spice flavours generous, rich and rounded. The Chardonnay grapes for this vintage were fermented in oak barrels and then rested for 12 months on its lees giving the wine a silky mouthfeel. Pour with a lobster mac n cheese.

Chardonnay food pairings: pan seared scallops, pasta with a vodka cream sauce, grilled tiger shrimp, chicken skewers.
