A top-notch producer of Rosé Champagne year after year, especially in this non-vintage bottling. Aromas of field berries. Crisp and refreshing.

Champagne food pairings: grilled salmon, lobster, cold turkey sandwiches.

Reviews and Ratings

Melanie Lloyd - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 93/100 with the following review:

Made from Pinot Noir, this Champagne is visually stunning with its rich salmon colour. Expect red field berry aromas along with freshly baked pastry crust and red currant on the nose. Medium bodied and opulant on the palate with many fine bubbles and notes of red field berry, black cherry, and hints of freshly baked bread, with a slightly bitter grapefruit finish. The flavours linger.

Pair with with lobster, crab, mushroom dishes, pork belly, or creamy cheese such as Brie.
Jennifer Havers - WSET Level 3 rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

Beautiful colour and flavour. Apparently this is the best selling rose Champagne in the world, and the taste adds credibility to this claim. Lovely ripe strawberry and raspberry hints with a touch of clementines. Light and vibrant on the palate, with a persistent fizzy mousse and bright acidity, balanced with lovely berry and citrus notes. There is a nice touch of minerality on the finish. Enjoy with any seafood or shellfish.
This zesty, balanced rose Champagne offers notes of freshly baked bread and small raspberry. - Community Wine Reviews
