Natalie's Score: 90/100

Crisp and clean with baked bread and green apple notes. Good value for the price. This is a new winery worth following. The original vineyards were planted in 1975, among the oldest in the region, and winemaker Philip Dowell is an old hand with a well-established reputation in the region.

Blanc de Noirs food pairings: salmon sashimi.

Reviews and Ratings

Not a lot of aging on the lees for this crisp, spritely sparkling wine. Great persistence of tiny bubbles, beading down along the glass. Blanc de Noir means that red wine grapes were used in the blend, so pinot noir and pinot meunier but not chardonnay. - Community Wine reviews
