The grapes were picked in late October to achieve more concentration of flavour. Lovely aromas of melon, butterscotch, toasted almond and green apple. The grape clone they se in this wine is called the musqué clone in Ontario. Highly recommended. Pair with corn dishes, roast chicken and lobster in melted butter.

Chardonnay food pairings: lobster, crab legs.

Reviews and Ratings

Darlene Myers - CAPS Student rated this wine as 92/100 with the following review:

This is a very smooth Chardonnay. It's one of my Mom's favorites so I always buy it when she comes to visit. Gorgeous apple, melon and pair flavors with vanilla toasty oak that makes it easy to drink and easy to pair with food. I serve this with a variety of foods including chicken, cheese, and my mom loves it with lobster.
