Golden honey apricot elixir with peach jam aromas. So deliciously and devilishly good. Pair with angel cake.

Vidal Icewine food pairings: triple cream and blue veined cheeses, rich savoury pates, seared scallops, onion soup, fruit-based desserts especially pear flans and apple crisps.

Reviews and Ratings

Jon Steeves - Sommelier rated this wine as 95/100 with the following review:

Beautiful, creamy, lusciously structured Vidal Icewine. Poached pear, dried apricot, canned mandarin orange on the nose and palate. Paired well with organic vanilla bean custard. Tasted 2015 vintage in Dec 2017. 95 points.
Inniskillin's Vidal Icewine is delicious with ripe apricot and peach flavours on the palate. Finishes with honey citrus flavours and a zingy acidity. The 2015 vintage took home a Gold Medal at the 2017 Wine Awards of Canada. - Community Wine Reviews

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
