Reviews and Ratings

Heather Wall - CS; WSET Advanced rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Yum! Decadent black fruit, burnt sugar, raisin, oak, and nuts. Medium+ cleansing acidity with a long warm spice finish. Perfect pairing with cheese and post-dinner conversation. I find 2-3 ounces just right.
Tasted: April 2015
This delicious Portuguese dessert wine comes loaded with flavour but you don't have to be loaded to buy it at this price. The Six Grapes Port -- A blend of Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz, Tinta Barroca, Touriga Nacional, Tinto Cão and Tinta Amarela -- gets its grapes from vineyards in Quinta dos Malvedos, Quinta do Tua, Quinta das Lages, Quinta da Vila Velha and Quinta do Vale de Malhadas. Outstanding value. Great with blue-veined cheeses. - Community Wine Reviews
