The Girls Night Out Sparkling is very light, fruity and crisp. Citrus, peach and floral aromas, with citrus and peach on the palate. Tasted October 7, 2013 (89/100)

Invite the girls over and bring out the "Girls' Night Out" to kick off the night. A light sparkling with citrus and white stone fruit aromas and flavours. Pair with some lightly salted potato chips and a chick flick! Tasted January 15, 2017.
Greg Hughes rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

This tank method sparkling comes from Colio Estates: an Ontario winery with history extending back to 1980, when Ontario wine was just a fledgeling industry. This wine is crisp and with fine bubbles. It has a bit of residual sugar to a similar degree as dry Prosecco.
It is pale straw-yellow, with green hues.
It does not mention the varietals used. Good bubbles, low alcohol (11.5%), with a steely aromas of citrus, grapefruit, pineapple, and applejuice.
Starfruit, pear, and lime juice on the palate. A touch of minerality, but loads of acidity to keep it fresh.
It bears the EPIC label on the back signaling that it is from the Essex Pelee Island Coast winemaking area.
Monique Sosa - Accredited Sommelier rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

This one surprised me. It's fun, tasty and refreshing. It has moderate floral notes, ripe juicy apple flavours and a yummy bubbly mouthfeel. Tasted Jan 17 - @sommsosa | bespoketastings.ca
Jon Steeves - Sommelier rated this wine as 87/100 with the following review:

This is an approachable party friendly bubbly with a diamond necklace around the bottle neck and an interesting label. Canadian bubbly at a great price point. The wine is designed for good value sparkling seekers who want to have a great time out with friends or a cozy night in with a bubble bath and soft lit candles. Vinified charmat style offering aromatics of stone fruit and crisp Granny Smith apple. A perfect candidate for sparkling wine cocktails or mimosas as well. Tasted Jan 2017. Rated 87/100.
