Sparkling with aromas of bread, green apples, peach with the peach and apple flavours following through on the finish. Enjoy it on it's own or pair with white seafood or a light chicken dish.

Lemony yellow color. Slow bubbles. Fairly intense aroma of apricots, canned peaches and green apples. Medium acidity. Good pairing with chiken or soft cheeses.

Awesome easy drinking bubbly. Aromas are inviting showing major floral notes. The palate is dry with big scrumptious bubbles and lovely orchard fruit notes. A lovely easy pairing kitchen party bubbly. Tasted many many times so here is the review! @sommsosa | co-owner of bespoketastings.ca

Low alcohol, dry sparkling, that is an easy sipper. It has aromas of green apple, yeast with a taste of mint, ripe peach and citrus. It has medium to high acid and is very refreshing on the palate. Good value.

Sparkler made using the charmat method, with green apple, peach, apricot, and lemon. Big, bold bubbles. Quite nice and refreshing!
Pamela Chiles rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Nice sparkler at a good price. Apple, grapefruit/lemon, yeast, and a hint of floral and stone fruit to give it a slightly off-dry feel, although it is crisp and refreshing. Plenty of nice mousse in the glass, too. Great for an elegant summer garden party.
Jon Steeves - Sommelier rated this wine as 87/100 with the following review:

Refreshing, slightly off-dry sparkling with aromatics of Granny Smith Apple, ripe Bosch pear. Medium acidity, balanced, medium body. @jonsteeves rated 87/100 - tasted May 2016
Stephen Andrews reviewed this wine as follows:

Tasted May 7th 2017. Discovered by way of the Sunday sipper club with N. McLean. This is a wonderful sparkling Rielsling made in Ontario Canada. It is a wonderful appetitive wine that matches from potatoe chips to shrimp don't mix it with anything just add Mrs Vickies Lime and Black Pepper chips. Good price a fun sparkling wine to be enjoyed.
