Produced from 100% Pinot Noir, the wine is fragrant with pink rose petals, bright raspberry, ripe strawberry, subtle baking spices and a flinty mineral finish, fresh on the palate. Tannins are fine-grained and velvety. So good now, lightly chill and enjoy it with roast duck.
