Kin Vineyards Civil Grit Chardonnay 2015, Lincoln Lakeshore, Niagara, Ontario V.Q.A., Canada: Made from Chardonnay grapes grown in the Hughes Vineyard, Lincoln Lakeshore, this VQA wine is a pleasant sipper with lots of toasted almond. The grapes come from Niagara but the winery is located close to Ottawa. Pair with roast chicken. Chardonnay food pairings: seafood pasta; vegetable terrine.
