Killibinbin The Shadow 2016 is a vegan-friendly, earthy and plushy 80% Shiraz and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon red wine blend rich on the nose with blackberry, cigar box, smoky and anise aromas; dry, full-bodied and velvety on the palate with blackberry, smoky tobacco, liquorice and cracked pepper spice flavours. Tannins are rounded. Enjoy with lamb chops and kebabs from the grill.

Shiraz Cabernet food pairings: pepper steak, mushroom burgers, lamb kebabs.

Jennifer Havers - WSET Level 3 rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Plush and bold, with aromas of blackberry, smoke, and some warm spices. Full bodied, smooth and bold with soft tannins and medium acidity. Flavours of ripe blueberry and blackberry with a hint of spice and smoke on the finish. Enjoy with any grilled meats.
