A superb and fresh Sauvignon Blanc that combines the best of herbal refreshment and a lime citrus lift through the mid-palate and finish. So crisp and clean. Works as an aperitif or companion to fresh seafood or shellfish.

Great aromatic Sauvignon blanc with gooseberry, white grapefruit, fresh parsley, and a sparkling minerality. Tons of grapefruit flavour. Pair with bitter arugala and creamy goats cheese salad to complement and contrast.

Very pale straw coloured with balanced fruit and herbaceous aromas that include lemon, lime, asparagus and gooseberry. The taste is predominantly lemon with a touch of lime and asparagus as well. An obvious match for grilled asparagus on the BBQ.
