Coriole Dancing Fig 2018 is produced from estate grown Mourvèdre, Grenache and Shiraz from the McLaren Vale wine region. This full-bodied red blend of 45% Mourvèdre, 40% Grenache and 15% Shiraz is earthy, fruity and savoury with spicy dark cherry, plum, wild herbs and meaty flavours on the palate. Beautifully balanced throughout. Drink or hold. The winery also has a number of different species of fig trees on the property, hence the Dancing Fig label.

Food pairings: roast chicken, veal cutlets, pork tenderloin.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
