A layered, full-bodied white wine that's expertly made with terrific balance and length. Smoky, like a comforting campfire, and all the stories to boot. Loaded with green apples, hazelnut and some spice. Try it with roast chicken.

Food pairings: bouillabaisse, creamed savour chicken over flat noodles, pizza with mussels, clams and cheese.

Reviews and Ratings

Château Martinon Entre-Deux-Mers (2016) is a balanced and juicy white wine blend of Semillon, Sauvignon Blanc and Muscadelle. The wine is smoky, with crunchy green apple, toasted filberts and a bit of fresh-cut hay. Wines from this region are typically red. But this light-bodied classic white from between Bordeaux's Garonne and Dordogne rivers, Entre-Deux-Mers, or "between two seas" is so easy to enjoy. - Community Wine Reviews
