Fantastic value on this Sauvignon Blanc from the Leyda Valley, zesty and creamy on the palate with ripe peach, fine herb, mineral flavours and liquid lemon acidity. The Boya Vineyards are influenced by the Pacific Ocean's moderating and cooling breezes bringing cool temperatures for the wine grapes to develop and evenly ripen.

Sauvignon Blanc food pairings: grilled halibut steaks, lemon sole in white sauce, tuna burgers.

Reviews and Ratings

Produced by Garcés Silva, Boya 2019 Sauvignon Blanc is fantastic value under $15. Produced from a sustainable vineyard in the Leyda Valley, Boya Vineyards are influenced by the Pacific Ocean's moderating and cooling breezes bringing cool temperatures and allowing grapes to slowly ripen and develop character. These cooling breezes also bring a salty tang to the grapes from the sea. Boya Sauvignon Blanc has been cold-fermented with no malolactic fermentation. Dry and fresh with ripe peach, fresh herbs, citrus zest and mineral flavours creamy on the palate matched with mouth-watering acidity. - Community Wine Reviews
