A medium-bodied and fresh Chianti Classico produced from Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes from estate vineyards. The vineyards are 250 to 450 metres above sea level and so this Chianti is showing some nice, fresh red plum, raspberry and mocha flavours silky on the palate.

Chianti Classico food pairings: roast goose, black bean soup, pork with soy, pot roast.
