This wine is what Corbieres is all about. Lots of gorgeous ripe plum fruit, with pepper spice, fresh and dried flowers and a hint of warm spice. You can smell and taste the herb and lavender fields. 91 Points.

A full bodied vibrant red blend of Grenache and Syrah from Southern France Corbieres in Languedoc. A beguiling bouquet of plum, red cherries, forest leaves, sweet smoke, and mushrooms. Flavours include stewed strawberries, graphite minerals rosemary, cedar trees and cloves. Medium plus acidity with full bodied, tannic grip and finish. Dry and developing. Good to lay down for a few years for future development. Try this with grilled beef ribs and sundried tomato pesto. 88 points - tasted May 2018

The Corbieres 2015 releases aromas of dark skin plum, blackberry, fresh cut grass, peppery note and leather. From Languedoc-Roussillon, France, this wine is made from Grenache, Syrah and Mourvedre tastes of fruity plum, cherry, fern, smoke, pepper and baking spice. Medium body and finish, this creation from Abbotts and Corbieres offers lovely acidity and soft tannins. Pair with BBQ pork. Enjoy.
