Wolf Creek Winery is located in historic Monroe County, West Virginia and our wines reflect the true essence of the land here. This pristine part of the Appalachian Mountains has a tradition of hospitality dating back to the establishment of the first mineral springs resort hotels in the late 1700s. Here on the gentle slopes of the Greenbrier Valley clean air, sparkling mountain water, warm summer days and cool nights enhance the ripening of our grapes producing a delicious flavor and intensity in our wines. We invite you to tour our web site and hope that you'll come visit our vineyard and winery soon.

We'd like to point you to some favorite parts of our virtual home. Our Wines section describes the qualities and character of our wines. We're very proud of our Vineyard, since it is where the most important magic happens. This section has pictures & gives you some of the nuances involved with growing grapes for wine in our part of West Virginia. The Events page not only will keep you up with what's going on in our Tasting Room, but also provides links to some of the best wine festivals in West Virginia. In our Winery section, we try to give you a look into the wine making process and in the What's New section we help you keep up with what we're doing on a seasonal basis.

Red, White & Drunk all over by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean writes about wine with a sensuous obsession... and often laugh-out-loud funny... Terrific.

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a feisty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
