We feel the Winery is a very special place to visit when you come to our farm. The atmosphere feels old-fashioned and inviting as it was once the blacksmith shop.

People always ask us what is new...this year we have a new release of Golden Gallop. You are sure to enjoy this white, dry and flavorful Sauvignon blanc. It pairs well with chicken, fish and mellow cheeses. Herbs recommended to match the flavor of this wine are dill, parsley and tarragon. Our number one selling wine is our Grandpa's Blackberry wine. Many people tell us it is the best blackberry wine they have tasted. We are always glad to hear those kind of compliments. For those preferring Cabernet Sauvignon, the Iron Hand wine named after a beautiful stallion we owned, is smooth with a bold, deep flavor. It pairs nicely with beef meals or foods cooked with rosemary. For the serious dry wine lover this is a popular choice. The wine list offers about twenty varieties. There are delightfully dry wines from which to choose and wines ranging from semi-sweet to sweet. Some of these include grape and also other fruit wines. The Daisy's Delight is a peach wine and is very popular especially during warm weather.

Our winery is unique in the fact that we offer many cooking classes on using wine and herbs together so please refer to the Cooking Class section on page 2 for more information. The Winery offers a special group event which pairs chocolate and wine. Featured are four delicious wines paired with four decadent chocolates. The fee for the Chocolate and Wine Pairing is $7.00 per person. The minimum number required for this event is fifteen people.

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a feisty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
