San Marcos Creek Vineyard experienced our first crush in the harvest season of 2002. The first year of production resulted in a total of just 675 cases of our fine estate winesMiguel Uribe has overseen the vineyard at San Marcos Creek for over 10 years. He is currently caring for 43 acres of vineyards, growing seven different varietals of grapes.

Miguel has over 20 years experience of vineyard management in and around the Paso Robles appellation and is dedicated to producing the best fruit possible for us.

San Marcos Creek Vineyard produces the following estate varietals:
*Syrah
*Petite Sirah
*Cabernet Franc
*Cabernet Sauvignon
*Zinfandel
*Nebbiolo
*Merlot
Vineyard Practices
Sandy River Bottom, rocky loam.
Two tiered double lyre system.
Four tons per acre.
Robust canopy.
Shoot thinning.
Fruit dropping.

Hand harvested fruit.Over 20 years Winemaking experience in and around the Paso Robles appellation. Paul has worked as a head winemaker at PRWS, Hearthstone, Mission view, also asst. winemaker at Robert Hall. His attention to detail has earned him numerous accolades throughout his career. He oversees all aspects of the winemaking process
