The San Antonio Winery and Riboli Family have maintained a major presence in the greater Los Angeles communities and the wine industry community for over 90 years. The success of the company is reflected in its grass-roots approach to business, endless dedication by the Riboli Family to conducting forward-thinking and socially-conscious business in LA and California. The winery exists today largely because of the family's mutual respect and close relationships with the surrounding communities.

The Winery began in the same community in which it operates today. Because of its central location in Downtown Los Angeles, the Winery has a rich internal community of employees from around the world: South and Central America, Mexico, China, Italy, and France, to name a few.Today the San Antonio Winery adds a modern twist to a rich historical tradition. In the state-of-the-art functioning winery there is a comprehensive fine wine store, the gourmet Maddalena Cucina restaurant, gift boutique, and group rooms ideal for all occasions. This landmark is proud to be one of the most unique venues in LA and a large part of the city’s cultural fabric.During the late 1800’s and early 1900’s, vineyards stretched throughout Southern California, encompassing LA, Orange, San Bernardino, and Riverside counties. With its temperate Mediterranean climate, Southern California was an ideal location for growing fruity, lush, deeply-colored grapes, such as Zinfandel, Carignan, Malvasia, and Mourvedre. It was not long before the wine industry became one of Southern California’s most economically important – and popular industries! The landscape was primed for Santo Cambianica’s fresh ideas and hard-working philosophy.

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a feisty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
