Rack & Riddle is a winery located in Hopland, about 30 miles north of Healdsburg in Mendocino County. The company's primary business is a Custom Crush Facility. Our team has a very extensive background in sparkling winemaking, as well as the still wine process. We produce all our sparkling wine the traditional way, Méthode Champenoise. In addition to the sparkling and still wine we produce for our clients, we also have two of our own brands: Rack & Riddle and Nuestro Vino. We currently sell the Rack & Rddle brand on our website: www.rackandriddle.com, in our tasting room, and at local special events. Under the Rack & Riddle brand, we have both still and sparkling wines. Our Cabernet Sauvignon was just listed as a Best Buy in the March 2011 newsletter of the Connoisseurs Guide to California Wine. Additionally, our Syrah just received a bronze medal from a Dallas Wine Competition we entered in the beginning of the year.

Red, White & Drunk all over by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean writes about wine with a sensuous obsession... and often laugh-out-loud funny... Terrific.

Rex Pickett, Sideways

Ms. MacLean is the disarming Everywoman. She loves wine, loves drinking ... ultimately, it's a winning formula.

Unquenchable: A Tipsy Search

  Best Books of the Year

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a feisty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
