Since we purchased the vineyards in 1984 we have been mindful of our farming practices and water usage. Once the winery was built in 2003 we recycled our glass, cardboard cases, office paper and more. We also have done everything in our power to control waste and diligently watch our use of water and electricity. However, in December of 2007 we determined that a company like ours should be doing more. Immediately, we initiated a program to further reduce our environmental "footprint." We believe that we can have the greatest effect by influencing all our guests, members and associates to reduce their individual footprint.
Our Winery is located in the heart of the Temecula Wine Country. Surrounded by hundreds of acres of mature vineyards, and by views of rolling hills and snowy peaks, we are a short drive from most of Southern California cities.

We have farmed our vineyards since 1984, opened our Winery and restaurant in 2003 and have become the benchmark for great service in the Temecula Valley. Our wines are produced in small quantities and we are now known for our fanciful blends such as Super "T", Meritage and the popular "Beverino", as well as our easy to drink varietals like Pinot Grigio and Chardonnay.

We invite you to visit and enjoy a day in the country with us. Please browse our Winery photos, look at our events schedule or shop our online store. You can also look at the wedding section to see our wedding albums, view our beautiful vineyard settings and plan your own wine country wedding.

Red, White & Drunk all over by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean writes about wine with a sensuous obsession... and often laugh-out-loud funny... Terrific.

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a feisty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
