Dave (son) and Jim remain involved full time with the winery and vineyard operations. Jim oversees the vineyard and Dave the winery. Dave (Father) and Liz remain intimately involved, working the tasting bar, overseeing accounting and operations (Dave), and providing plenty of creative inspiration (Liz). Figuratively and physically Park Farm Winery was built by the Cushman family.
The experience continues in the winery where we ferment our wines in small batches separated by quality, vineyard and variety. We then blend our optimum wines with complementing characteristics and age them in premium French Oak to produce our Vineyard Select series. We then take the remaining wines with good balance to produce our Vintner's Reserve series. We also produce everyday table wines like our Mississippi Red and Picket Fence as well as a complement of sweet wines made from Concord, Niagara, Rhubarb, Cherry, Cranberry and Apple. All of our wines are produced from grapes and fruit that can grow in the upper Midwest; we feel it is important to the experience to produce wines that reflect a regional identity as well as the local climate.

Natalie MacLean writes about wine with a sensuous obsession... and often laugh-out-loud funny... Terrific.

Rex Pickett, Sideways

Ms. MacLean is the disarming Everywoman. She loves wine, loves drinking ... ultimately, it's a winning formula.

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a feisty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
