Pacific Coast Vineyards is a family owned winery located in the heart of California's Central Coast. Our mission is to produce the highest quality hand-crafted wines from small custom vineyards.

These vineyards are located along the California coast line with it's sunny slopes and maritime influence these grapes can reach their ultimate potential. The winemaker, Todd Schaefer hand selects all of the vineyards and grapes to create a unique wine.

These boutique wines are structured in small lots, barrel aged in custom French and American oak barrels for 18 months or longer. This barrel aging process enables the wines to mature and develop more robust layered flavors. Our 2007 Pinot Noir recently won the coveted Best of Class and the Judges' Choice awards at the 2010 San Francisco Chronicle wine competition.
